Hello March! Lots to look forward to this month in Southeast Texas: St. Patrick’s Day, Spring Break, and the return of Beaumont Mural Festival! Last year brought more than 15 new murals around Beaumont, and with more than 45 artists participating this year, we absolutely cannot wait to see the new art installations in our city! Downtown is much in need of a little (okay, a lot) life and revitalization, and all the fantastic artwork can surely only help!

Beaumont Mural Festival kicks off tonight with a Artists’ Welcome Dinner at Bruno’s Italian Kitchen, then all the festivities begins tomorrow, March 2 and will runs through the weekend. Each day has a full lineup of events, but be sure to come out Friday from 2PM-5PM at the Art Museum for a sneak peek of the festival and FREE art activities and entertainment for the community! We’ll be there crafting with you!
And not to be overshadowed, it’s also #EATBMT Restaurant Week! Over 50 restaurants are participating this year, with fixed-price menus that make it easy to find new favorites or enjoy legendary local flavor. We’ll have special menus and itineraries up for you soon, so you can make the most of Restaurant Week like a foodie pro!
