Why is it SO HARD to make friends as an adult??
A huge part of the mission of 409 Family has always been community: identifying it, promoting it, and cultivating it. And we’re so excited to announce the first in a series of events coming up designed to help you find your village and vibe with your tribe!
Please join 409 Family and Beaumont Heritage Society
for a Christmas Girls Night Out!
On November 29, we’re going to gather at the oldest house in Beaumont, the John Jay French Museum, for an evening of Christmas crafts & games, conversation, community, and cultivating new friendships! Museum staff will be on hand to give tours of the museum, which will be festively decorated for Christmas, and will also be leading us in games and crafts that would have been popular during the 1800s time period! Each guest will create and take home 2-3 crafts, as well as hopefully several new friendships to cultivate for the upcoming year! Light refreshments will be served.
Although this is perfect for existing friend groups, we designed this to be a laidback, easy, awkward-free way to meet other moms or ladies in the area! This is the perfect opportunity to grab a friend who may be new to the area and kick off what will surely be a fantastic holiday season!
