ESL Classes

The Maurine Gray Literacy Center helps adult students achieve their literacy or testing goals. Students are evaluated upon entering the program, and progress is closely monitored by staff.
ESL Class Options:
-Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 9am – 11:30am
-Tuesdays/Thursdays 6pm – 7:45pm

In September, in partnership with the USCIS and the federal courts
here in Beaumont, we will be hosting a naturalization service at the
Library. We are looking forward to restarting this tradition we began
several years before COVID.
Individuals interested in pursuing the high school equivalency are
welcome to call us at 4409-835-7924 for explanation of our process, or come
in and talk to us. We are certainly proud of what we’ve accomplished
and look forward to helping more individuals improve their lives by
earning this certificate.
