Course l
-Crab Cake | lump crabmeat combined with just the right amount of seasoning, pan sautéed and rested over handmade remoulade sauce
Course ll
-Minestrone | fresh spinach, ditalini pasta, kidney beans, and market vegetables in a frgant tomato and chicken broth
Course lll
-Burrata | fresh mozzarella filled with stracciatella, arugula, tomato, grilled ciabatta
Course lV
-Risotto | brown butter seared sea scallops, risotto made with parmigiano reggiano, butternut squash, spinach
Course V
-Gelato | sweet mango and charred habanero pepper swirled into vanilla gelato base, served with thin gingersnap crisps
