Wake Up & Flow
Start your weekend off with a vinyasa flow class! Vinyasa yoga focuses on pairing breath with movement and includes yoga poses as well as breath practice (called pranayama). Practicing yoga helps strengthen and soothe body and mind, and this flow is open to all levels. Whether you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat before or you practice on your mat daily, this class is for you!

Juliana Davila Introduction:
Juliana has been practicing yoga for 15 years and has been teaching since 2012. She is an ERYT 200 and specializes in trauma-informed yoga for at risk populations. She teaches yoga each Saturday at Minnie Rogers Juvenile Justice Center and believes that yoga is for every person. She believes that yoga helps people become the best versions of themselves. Juliana teaches vinyasa flow and restorative yoga. Juliana likes to find the humor in daily life and brings that into her personal practice by making it playful and light-hearted. Juliana teaches at LoveYoga with her fellow teachers and friends, Mike Baker and Jessica Page.
